Software engineer who builds what clients actually need.
5 years at startups in the US, Germany, and Egypt, and a product engineer at heart. I sit in the client meetings, listen to the people using the product, and ship the fix. Now also a CS Ph.D. student at Indiana University Indianapolis.
Open to roles and projects that fit
Contact-center agents, global pharma clientThe image scripts we read from on calls are confusing. Sometimes they point us the wrong way.
ShippedReplaced static images with dynamic scripts that guide agents step by step through each call.
Most of my work has been at small teams where engineers talk to customers directly. Newest first.
I work with the researchers and Ph.D. students at IU and Pitt who use CyberWater, a scientific workflow app. I'm modernizing its server, APIs, and auto-update system and turning their feedback into fixes.
Trained LLMs and AI agents on code-interpreter tasks for a MAANG company at Turing. Fixed data bugs and validation jobs to unblock Pleny's app launch.
I don't want my Ph.D. to pull me away from real products. I'd like each to make the other better.
Roles where I own features end to end and talk to the people using them. Founder-led teams are where I do my best work.
A Ph.D. grounded in industry problems, likely in cloud, networking, or software products. Research that ends up running somewhere.
Products that put LLMs to practical use, from training data at Turing to MCP servers at Halan, built with the same care as any other feature.
I'm based in Indianapolis and open to roles and projects that fit, remote or in person. The quickest way to reach me is email.
